1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched,
cancellation will no longer be possible and the return policy will apply.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order is already packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Prepaid cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged,
and returned in their original packaging.
- The product must include original tags, invoices, accessories, and packaging.
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
- Return approval is subject to quality inspection after pickup or delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons.
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
- Clearance sale or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within
5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders,
refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
- Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
